• You are responsible for our entire recruiting process end-to-end and continuously develop it. • Manage the entire recruiting process – from refining the job profile, coordinating with other team members, to negotiating employment contracts. • Identify and proactively approach PR and communications talent via LinkedIn. • Conduct initial interviews. • Continuously review and improve our recruiting setup. • Work closely with the team and our CEO. • Contribute to the operational implementation of our people-related initiatives.
• Recruiting is your focus – you quickly get up to speed on our requirements and develop a clear understanding of which profiles truly fit us. • You make clear decisions in the selection process – we only want talent that excites us. • Structured and reliable way of working when dealing with candidates, within the team, and in organizing people processes. • You work independently, think proactively, and tackle tasks pragmatically instead of getting lost in details. • Enjoy communicating and maintain a high standard for a positive experience – both for candidates and for our team.
