📋 Description

• You own our entire recruitment process end-to-end and continuously develop it with the goal of attracting and hiring the right PR and communications talent for hypr. • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle — from sharpening role profiles, coordinating team interviews with other team members, through to contract negotiation — always maintaining our high standards for quality and fit. • Build and maintain a talent pool: identify and proactively approach PR and communications talent on LinkedIn, with a strong sense for who will truly fit our team. • Conduct initial interviews where you evaluate not only technical skills but also how well candidates work autonomously and collaborate on equal terms with our stakeholders (especially CEOs and founders). • Continuously question and improve our recruiting setup — there is plenty of room to experiment and make things better. • Work closely with the team and our CEO to develop a clear picture of who we want (and who we don’t want) on the team. • In addition to recruiting, you’ll work closely with our Head of People Experience & Development and play a central role in the operational delivery of our people initiatives — ensuring our formats and processes actually work in day-to-day practice.

• Recruiting is your main focus — you quickly get up to speed with our requirements and develop a clear understanding of which profiles are the right fit for us. • You make decisive choices during the selection process — we only want people who genuinely excite us. • You work in a structured and reliable way with candidates, within the team, and when organizing people processes. • You work independently, think proactively and approach topics pragmatically rather than getting lost in details. • You enjoy communicating and have high standards for creating a positive experience — for candidates as well as for our team.
