• As a Real Estate Follow-up Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and ensuring effective communication throughout the property acquisition process. • Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with leads generated by our team, nurturing connections, and providing valuable support to facilitate successful transactions. • Conduct follow-up calls and emails with homeowners to provide information and gather necessary details. • Nurture relationships with potential sellers and guide them through the property acquisition process. • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth and timely communication with clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the company's CRM system. • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. • Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments for property assessments and inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Follow-Up Specialist, Lead Manager, or Acquisition Specialist of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company • Experience in managing/coaching Real Estate Cold Callers is a plus. • Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling • Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Proficient in Real Estate CRMs
