🎯 Requirements

• Certification: CCS, RHIT, or RHIA required. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inpatient coding experience, including CPT, ICD-10-CM, and ICD-10-PCS. • Technology: Proficiency with EPIC and 3M 360 platforms. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of DRG assignment, coding compliance, and medical terminology. • Skills: High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication.
