📋 Description
• Administer and monitor backups for critical infrastructure • Identify and resolve backup failures or inconsistencies • Conduct routine recovery tests to validate backups • Assess and enhance backup strategies for performance • Maintain detailed records of backup operations
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with data backup in cloud and virtual environments • Understands disaster recovery principles like the 3-2-1 backup rule • Strong troubleshooting skills • Clear documentation of procedures • Certifications like Acronis Certified Engineer, Veeam or CompVault Certified Engineer, or CompTIA IT Fundamentals are a plus
