📋 Description

• Trainer relationships: act as the first point of contact for trainers, answer questions, and resolve issues. • Learner experience: handle inquiries, monitor progress, and flag anything that requires attention. • Quality control: review setcards, kickoff decks, and management sync reports before they are distributed. • New trainer onboarding. • Co-deliver selected trainings after completing your ramp-up period.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student. Degrees in Business, International Relations, Occupational Therapy, or Education are a natural fit, but any field of study is welcome if you are eager to learn. • Hungry to learn and curious to grow — we value attitude. • Passionate about people and changing lives; genuinely interested in learners and their stories. • Sense of ownership — while we provide support and guidance, you should be ready to take ownership of your mission. • Excellent communication skills in both English and German; able to communicate clearly and professionally. • Strong organizational accuracy — the Learner Success team must excel in organization and attention to detail. • Available for a minimum of 12 months, preferably longer. • Proficient and comfortable using AI tools daily (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) with a clear understanding of effective workflows. • Comfortable working with tools like Notion, Airtable, and Slack, and curious about how AI is reshaping operations. • Able to maintain a calm, constructive tone in difficult situations. • View operations as a craft to develop, not a temporary task.
