• You will be the human layer in an automated operation: we use Claude, Airtable, Demodesk, and Notion to handle most of our data and reporting, so your focus is where it matters most — keeping trainers supported, learners on track, and quality consistently high. • Trainer relationships: act as the primary point of contact, answer questions, and resolve issues. • Learner experience: manage inquiries, monitor progress, and flag any issues that need attention. • Quality control: review setcards, kickoff decks, and management sync reports before distribution. • New trainer onboarding: help bring new trainers up to speed. • Co-deliver selected training sessions after completing your ramp-up period.
• Currently enrolled as a student. • Eager to learn and curious about growth. • Passionate about people and helping others succeed. • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. • Excellent communication skills: able to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and German. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Available for at least 12 months, preferably longer. • Comfortable and experienced using AI tools. • Familiar with and comfortable working in tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Slack, and curious about how AI is reshaping operations.
