📋 Description
• Customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 365 • Developing plugins and integration points for D365 solutions • Configuring D365 solutions to integrate web portal solutions • Collaborating with network engineers on D365 CE and CRM installation • Researching and analyzing requirements for suitable solutions • Collaborating with clients for successful implementations • Providing critical thinking and problem-solving services • Being an active member of an agile project team • Reporting to Software Development Manager
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/xRM 2011/2013/2016 • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, AI Builder • Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM SDK • Working knowledge of SSIS, Scribe, or KingswaySoft • Knowledge of agile/waterfall methodologies • Experience in developing SQL queries and stored procedures • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Experience with source code repository (TFSVC/GIT)
