📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on Oracle E-Business Financials (EBS) • Partner closely with hiring managers, capture/proposal teams, and project leadership to understand staffing needs • Define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes • Support rapid sourcing for key personnel • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates • Focus on W2 hiring, including identifying and targeting W2 candidates for open roles • Lead and manage salary and compensation negotiations • Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to post jobs and track candidates • Provide a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, documentation and timely follow-up. • Adapt quickly to changing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the federal contract space • Experience recruiting for Oracle EBS Financials or other ERP financial modules • Confident negotiating salaries • Focused on W2 hiring • Skilled at converting C2C candidates into W2 employees • Highly organized, process-friendly, and detail-oriented • Innovative thinker with desire to grow with the company and build a long-term career in talent acquisition. • Experience using SmartRecruiters or a similar ATS (Nice-to-Have) • Familiarity with the federal contracting environment and, preferably, cleared roles (Nice-to-Have)
