📋 Description

• Define and evolve scalable and resilient system architectures, ensuring adherence to modern patterns (Clean Architecture, DDD, microservices, event-driven). • Develop solutions using C# (.NET / .NET Core) and React (preferably with TypeScript), ensuring high technical quality. • Provide technical leadership for the development of services and APIs, ensuring standardization (REST, versioning, API governance) and integration with internal and external systems. • Structure and guide proper data modeling (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring performance, consistency and scalability. • Be responsible for engineering quality, ensuring: • - Automated tests (unit, integration and E2E) • - Code review and design review • - Application of best practices (Clean Code, SOLID) • Ensure standards for security, observability and performance, including: • - AuthN/AuthZ (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT) • - OWASP Top 10 • - Structured logs, metrics and tracing • Define and evolve DevOps and continuous engineering practices: • - CI/CD • - Containerization (Docker) and orchestration • - Deployment strategies (blue/green, canary release) • Lead and disseminate technical best practices, serving as a reference for the team: • - Technical mentorship • - Influence on architectural decisions • - Raising the squad's technical level • Work closely with Product, QA and UX, contributing to discovery and continuous delivery in agile models (Scrum/Kanban). • Apply and promote the use of Artificial Intelligence in development, including: • - Advanced use of copilots and agents (Cursor, VS Code, Claude) • - Development of assistive solutions for engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development with C# (.NET) and frontend development with React. • Experience in architectural definition and working with distributed systems. • Mastery of REST APIs, versioning and integration with external services. • Practical experience with .NET Core, dependency injection, middleware and HTTP pipelines. • Strong experience with SQL (advanced modeling and performance) and NoSQL. • Experience with Docker and running applications in different environments. • Solid knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git) and pipeline automation. • Experience with scalable architectures, messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching. • Experience with observability and system reliability. • Practical experience applying AI to software development. • Familiarity with modern IDEs and developer agents (Cursor, Copilot, Claude or similar). • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a technology-related area.
