📋 Description

• Design, operate, and evolve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and corporate templates • Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery processes, automation, and governance • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the platform’s monthly release cycles • Administer and enhance environments across SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2), Azure, AWS, and private cloud • Administer and troubleshoot Kubernetes and SUSE Rancher environments • Manage network, connectivity, and security configurations, including VPN, DNS, IP, Proxy, TLS, CDN, WAF, and redirects • Implement and improve application observability, monitoring, and traceability • Analyze incidents and resolve performance, availability, connectivity, and latency issues • Implement security controls and best practices throughout the development and delivery lifecycle • Support the definition and tracking of operational indicators, efficiency metrics, and DORA metrics • Contribute to the SAP Commerce Cloud platform modernization program for B2B e-commerce, featuring microservices architecture, APIs, events, multi-cloud, and IaC

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience working as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a related role • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD, deployment automation, and pipeline management • Hands-on experience with GitLab, Git, and script development using Bash, Python, or PowerShell • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and enterprise cloud environments • Experience with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and SUSE Rancher • Experience implementing infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent IaC tools • Knowledge of DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Proxy, TLS/SSL, CDN, and WAF • Experience with Grafana and OpenTelemetry • Ability to diagnose performance, latency, availability, and connectivity issues in distributed environments • Knowledge of security practices applied throughout the software development lifecycle • Analytical mindset, proactivity, ownership, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in dynamic environments • Preferred qualifications: experience with AWS, SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2), Composable Storefront (Spartacus), Keycloak, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, OPA, Kafka, SAP Event Mesh, SAP BTP, DevSecOps, microservices, EDA, headless systems, distributed APIs, and certifications related to Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps
