📋 Description

• Design and implement REST backend APIs and services for B2B e-commerce and satellite applications • Participate in decoupling the SAP Commerce monolith and legacy systems by extracting domains into Java/Spring Boot microservices • Model business domains such as catalog, pricing, orders, quotes, and ERP integrations • Develop integrations with SAP Commerce, SAP ERPs, API Gateway, and other enterprise systems • Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Keycloak • Ensure automated unit and integration testing, including Testcontainers with databases • Collaborate with frontend, SAP, UX/UI, and business teams in an agile Scrum/Kanban environment • Participate in refinement sessions, planning meetings, and reviews • Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation in Portuguese and English • Provide knowledge transfer to the team • Serve as the backend technical reference within the squad and support architectural decisions alongside the Solution Architect • Rebuild the backend layer of a global cloud-based B2B e-commerce platform, ensuring availability, scalability, performance, security, and observability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Java in enterprise web applications • Strong experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Web, Data, Validation, Actuator, and Spring Security) • Experience with REST APIs (resource modeling, pagination, error handling, and versioning) • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL • Experience with non-relational databases, preferably MongoDB • Knowledge of enterprise integrations with SAP ERPs and other backends • Experience using HTTP clients such as Spring Cloud OpenFeign or equivalent • Hands-on experience with automated unit testing using JUnit, Mockito, or similar tools • Integration testing with Spring Boot Test and Testcontainers, including MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI • Ability to run and debug services in containerized environments, with daily use of Docker • Knowledge of the Grafana Stack for log and metrics visualization • Senior-level profile, capable of serving as the backend technical reference and supporting architectural decisions • Strong communication skills to understand business needs, translate requests into technical requirements, and explain technical decisions • Advanced English for reading and writing technical documentation and participating in international meetings • Collaboration in an agile environment, including pair programming and code reviews • Alignment with governance, documentation, and quality practices • Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) on-premises or SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) is a plus • Experience in complex B2B e-commerce, preferably in the industrial sector, is a plus
