📋 Description

‱ This job opening is for remote work and requires working hours according to Pacific Standard Time (PST)/Time zone in Los Angeles, CA, USA (GMT-8) ‱ Response to technical inquiries, issues, and requests ‱ Resolve technical problems and questions related to our products and services ‱ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions ‱ Deepen your knowledge of our products and services to better serve consumers ‱ Give our internal team of engineers ongoing input to help develop our products based on the customer's demand

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/technical customer support ‱ Knowledge of Amazon Web Service, Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks ‱ Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written ‱ Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner. ‱ Programming skills are preferred.
