• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for multiple brands while maintaining a consistent tone and visual style. • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging storytelling concepts. • Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, and emerging video formats. • Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). • Manage project timelines, organize raw footage, and maintain efficient file management systems. • Ensure brand identity and messaging are reflected accurately in all video outputs.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing, ideally in digital marketing or creative production. • Fluent in English both spoken and written is unnegotiable. • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm for short-form content. • Proven ability to edit across multiple industries and adapt to varied brand tones. • Deep understanding of social media formats and algorithms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong project ownership. • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, sound design, or thumbnail design. • **Preferred Background** • Experience working with international clients or creative agencies. • Familiarity or experience in financial, investment, or prop trading content is highly preferred. • Portfolio showcasing dynamic, trend-driven short-form videos that perform well on social media.
