📋 Description
• Perform elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements with users and business stakeholders; • Translate client requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business needs and development team deliverables; • Monitor the development lifecycle of solutions, supporting technical teams in implementing requirements; • Validate and test requirements, ensuring the quality of deliverables; • Support sustainment and support activities, identifying incident causes and proposing system improvements; • Work within agile methodologies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuous and effective deliveries.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field; • Scrum certification or training; • Knowledge of SQL and logical reasoning; • Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation; • Experience supporting development projects and sustainment/support processes; • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
