📋 Description

• Develop, model, and maintain efficient and secure database structures, ensuring data integrity, performance, and accessibility • Use languages such as SQL, R, and Python for process automation, data analysis, and statistical modeling • Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports focused on delivering strategic insights • Understand and translate business needs into clear technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives • Evaluate and apply statistical models, using critical judgment to interpret results and their limitations • Collaborate with diverse teams to understand pain points, gather requirements, and propose viable, effective solutions • Turn data into actionable insights to support decision-making, especially in areas such as risk and business intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Belo Horizonte, MG or the surrounding region • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related IT fields • Proficiency in R and Python for automation, statistical modeling, and data analysis • Experience with Power BI to build intuitive and visually impactful dashboards • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database modeling • Basic understanding of statistics: measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, variance, and correlation • Familiarity with applying predictive or explanatory statistical models, with a critical perspective on their use • Logical reasoning skills and contextual interpretation of requirements • Ability to translate business problems into clear, objective technical questions • Capacity to understand business challenges and provide practical, strategic solutions.
