📋 Description
• Build sophisticated financial models for photovoltaic, wind, BESS, and hybrid projects in the Italian market • Collaborate with the development team to optimize the project definition • Own the regular reporting of the Italian pipeline valuation • Analyse energy offtake structures and make recommendations on the most adequate option for specific projects • Assess electricity market trends and their impact on expected profitability at project / portfolio level • Support the broader team in the negotiation and execution of sale processes • Ad hoc modelling support in other European markets where required • Collaboration with internal teams to inform on model outputs
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, industrial engineering, or a similar field. MBA or Masters is a plus • 2-4 years of experience in similar role • Previous experience in renewable energy and/or Data Centre financial modelling is a plus • Knowledge of electricity market/regulations and financing infrastructures advantageous • Strong cash flow modelling capabilities required • Excellent MS Office Excel command • Macro-programming skills (Visual Basic) is a plus • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Analytical skills, structural thinking, willingness to learn • Fluency in English and Italian are required • Other European languages are a plus
