📋 Description

• Handle technical tickets and resolve incidents in mission-critical environments. • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift clusters. • Ensure the health and operation of Apache Kafka messaging clusters. • Architect, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (dashboards, alerts, and logs) to ensure visibility into system health. • Perform complex diagnostics on applications by analyzing logs, metrics, and infrastructure behavior to isolate root causes. • Architect, implement, and proactively maintain improvement and optimization plans for internal and client environments. • Participate in on-call rotations outside business hours and on weekends to respond to high-priority incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced expertise in container orchestration, specifically OpenShift. • Strong knowledge of Kafka administration and maintenance (Brokers, Zookeeper, Consumers/Producers). • Hands-on experience configuring monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Zabbix). • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals for debugging. • Familiarity with incident management and IT service processes (ITIL or SRE practices). • Clear communication: Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear status updates for clients and the team. • Investigative mindset: Curiosity and persistence to understand the “why” behind errors in unfamiliar systems. • Resilience: Ability to remain calm and technically focused during crises or service outages. • Proactivity: Initiative and organization to develop efficiency improvement plans for the team and supported environments. • Schedule flexibility: Real availability to participate in on-call/standby duty.
