📋 Description
• Lead the successful delivery of assigned ICEYE Mission Line of Business programs, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals • Deliver program milestones on time, within scope, and at required quality levels, meeting contractual requirements and internal standards • Build and maintain high-trust customer and partner relationships; act as ICEYE’s principal program representative for assigned programs • Align manufacturing, engineering, and support functions around shared deliverables using ICEYE governance and reporting systems • Ensure contract compliance, enable on-time revenue recognition, monitor program financials, and manage commercial risks and scope changes • Bridge cross-cultural dynamics and adapt communication and leadership styles appropriately • Drive transparent reporting, own external/internal coordination, and manage stakeholder expectations • Maintain fluency in ICEYE’s internal program delivery tools, templates, risk registers, dashboards, and documentation systems • Apply satellite system knowledge to assess technical dependencies, identify risks, and inform decisions
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or project delivery in aerospace, satellite, or complex technical domains • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Physics, Aerospace, or another technical field • Relevant certifications such as PMP or PgMP preferred • Fluent in English and German • Employment is subject to relevant checks, including SUPO
