📋 Description
• Set the vision for all capacity development for the partners • Provide oversight to the team of instructional designers, content developers, and specialists • Lead and implement strategies related to legal services training and technical assistance • Ensure quality and timely delivery of learning and development materials • Support efforts to identify knowledge gaps and training needs • Oversee product development related to training and technical assistance
🎯 Requirements
• BA with 7+ years experience or Masters with 4+ years • A minimum of 3 years demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships • A minimum of 3 years experience working with national training and technical assistance • Experience in project management and instructional design • Education and/or experience in race equity, diversity, and inclusion • Working knowledge of refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges • Experience working for a refugee program
