📋 Description
• Support the implementation of all activities relating to delivery of events, conferences, and workshops, digital stakeholder engagement, online consultation mechanisms, platform management and knowledge-sharing services. • Responsible for the design, establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of digital stakeholder-engagement systems supporting the Policy Forum on Development and the Global Gateway CSO-LA Advisory Platform. • Lead the delivery of all events, conferences, and workshops, as well as the development and delivery of communications surrounding the event activities. • Oversee international, digital, and hybrid conferences, workshops and events stakeholder platform management; digital communities and online engagement; stakeholder databases; online consultation tools; webinar and virtual-event support; content governance; knowledge management; analytics and reporting; moderation and community management. • Work closely with the Team Leader and client representatives to ensure that digital engagement activities support policy dialogue, consultation and knowledge-sharing objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree at Bachelor's level or higher in a discipline relevant to the assignment. • Excellent communication and reporting skills. • Excellent event management, digital stakeholder-engagement and online-community management skills. • High proficiency in written and spoken English. • Minimum 10 years of general professional working experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital engagement, communication or knowledge-management platforms. • General understanding of EU international partnerships, cooperation and third country engagement priorities, especially in Global Gateway priority regions. • Minimum 5 years of experience organising events for projects funded by the European Union. • Minimum 3 years of experience designing, implementing or managing online stakeholder platforms. • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting webinars, virtual workshops, online consultations or digital stakeholder-engagement activities. • Minimum 3 years of experience with communication and visibility.
