📋 Description

• Support project needs or concerns related to child and family medical care • Support staff training activities • Inspect family and adult residential centers and juvenile facilities • Apply knowledge and experience to provide technical assistance and compliance support • Administer an independent compliance program • Report serious compliance issues immediately to the inspection lead • Prepare briefings on compliance reviews as requested • Provide recommendations on improving inspection and training processes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health or related field • 10 years of experience providing medical health services to various populations including adolescents and children • Knowledge of migrant/refugee issues, particularly related to migrant families and unaccompanied children • Prior work experience in a consulting environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal and written communication skills, including experience with developing and delivering presentations and technical writing
