📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact with DCSA leadership and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) • Lead day-to-day program operations, providing strategic direction, oversight, and coordination across cross-functional teams • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics • Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and personnel performance • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, DoW policies, security requirements, and contractual obligations • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, status reports, and performance updates to government stakeholders and corporate leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex federal or DoW programs (10+ years) • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field • Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI • 2 years’ experience working with DCSA • 5 years’ experience with working on/around cloud platforms in AWS • 2 years’ experience with one or more analytical and visualization software packages (QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau and GIS software)
