📋 Description
• Organize press trips and events for EU Delegations. • Manage accommodation, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination. • Oversee event production, including possible video production elements. • Prepare offers and budgets. • Maintain and strengthen client relationships. • Coordinate implementation with partners and stakeholders. • Ensure high-quality delivery under tight timelines.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in event production and communications (preferably international projects). • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong client management and interpersonal skills. • Flexible schedule; willing to work outside standard office hours. • Familiarity with EU institutions (EEAS, EUDEL, INTPA, FPI) or similar international projects is a plus. • Resilient and adaptable to challenges such as travel and time zone differences. • Video production knowledge is an advantage.
