📋 Description

• Write blog posts and articles • Create case studies from customer wins or testimonial calls • Write social captions, in-app pop-ups, banners, landing-page copy, and email copy • Write, build, and send newsletters and lifecycle emails for trial, onboarding, and retention • Check email sends for working links, correct personalization, mobile readability, and unsubscribe functionality • Schedule and post finished content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Track the content pipeline, follow up on missing items, and keep deadlines on track • Review creative-team content for copy accuracy, correct client names, working links, and brand voice • Deliver content on schedule and ensure newsletters, emails, blog posts, and case studies are published without errors

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years writing marketing content for a SaaS or digital business • Experience writing blog posts, emails, and case studies • Native-level written English with a clear, strong voice • Hands-on experience with an email platform such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar • Comfortable scheduling and posting across social platforms • Organized and reliable; able to meet deadlines • Sharp attention to detail and ability to catch typos • Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, social schedulers, Canva, Figma (basic), Claude, and Google Workspace
