📋 Description

• Managing day-to-day scientific operations activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes. • Leading the management and analysis of clinical trial data, ensuring high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies that support clinical research objectives and optimize data workflows. • Overseeing data collection, processing, and validation to ensure consistency and reliability across clinical trials. • Providing strategic guidance on data management practices, including the development of data analysis plans and reporting methodologies. • Managing and mentoring data teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive continuous improvement in data handling and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline • Extensive experience in clinical data management and analysis, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop data teams, and drive data quality initiatives. • Expertise in data analysis and statistical methodologies, with proficiency in relevant software and programming languages. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
