📋 Description

• Leading and coordinate project activities • Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Leading cross-functional project teams • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues • Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates • Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field • Proven experience managing clinical trials from study start-up through close-out • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional clinical study teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with clinical trial management systems and project management tools • PMP or other relevant project management certification is advantageous but not required • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
