âą Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards âą Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation âą Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives âą Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies âą Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals âą Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders âą Resolve issues and develop team capability âą Support continuous improvement and travel as required
âą Significant project management and team leadership experience âą Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred âą Oncology experience âą Proven track record managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints âą Strong leadership and organizational skills âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills âą Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies âą PMP or PRINCE2 certification advantageous âą Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable âą Willingness to travel as required, approximately 30% âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
