📋 Description

‱ Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards ‱ Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation ‱ Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives ‱ Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies ‱ Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals ‱ Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders ‱ Resolve issues and develop team capability ‱ Support continuous improvement and travel as required

🎯 Requirements

‱ Significant project management and team leadership experience ‱ Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred ‱ Oncology experience ‱ Proven track record managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints ‱ Strong leadership and organizational skills ‱ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ‱ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies ‱ PMP or PRINCE2 certification advantageous ‱ Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable ‱ Willingness to travel as required, approximately 30% ‱ Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
