âą Create and maintain all relevant clinical project documents and tools âą Ensure compliance with company, regulatory and customer requirements âą Serve as the primary liaison for clinical activities and team issues âą Lead a team of Clinical Operations colleagues âą Work with the Project Manager to build and foster the client relationship âą Provide data for clinical performance metrics and project status metrics âą Focus on proactive risk identification and management âą Liaise with Clinical Operations Managers to resolve resource and performance issues
âą Relevant degree or be a licensed health-care professional âą Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP âą Awareness of local and international regulatory authority regulations âą Considerable amount of experience in clinical research / clinical operations âą At least several yearsâ experience of managing clinical projects âą Experience in leading a clinical team to successful project delivery âą Finance management and forecasting skills
