📋 Description

• Lead negotiations with investigative sites on clinical trial agreements, site budgets, payment schedules, contract amendments, and related documentation • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of master clinical trial agreement processes • Work closely with Clinical Operations, Study Start-Up teams, external service providers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate timely site activation • Ensure contracting and budgeting activities are completed in accordance with internal standards, study timelines, and applicable regulations • Utilize industry benchmarking tools and fair market value guidance to develop and review site budgets • Monitor contract and budget progress, proactively identify risks or delays, and escalate issues where appropriate • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of negotiations to ensure project deadlines are met • Assist with resolving complex contract or budget-related issues impacting study start-up

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline • At least two years of experience in clinical trial contracting, budgeting, or study start-up within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or related clinical research organization • Working knowledge of clinical research regulations, including ICH-GCP and relevant global regulatory requirements • Understanding of clinical trial agreements, investigator site budgets, and fair market value principles • Familiarity with clinical study protocols and schedule of assessments
