📋 Description

• Coordinate, develop, and execute client/sponsor contracts and change orders for newly awarded and ongoing projects • Work simultaneously on numerous contracts and/or change orders • Determine appropriate contract terms and conditions with Legal, Sales, and Contracts Managers • Develop understanding of costing tools, client budget grids, templates, operational tasks, and cost drivers • Solicit operational department input and review contracts and change orders • Develop cash-neutral payment schedules as required • Escalate client questions and comments for Legal, operations, or senior management review • Provide project and financial analysis on project budgets before client submission • Update Salesforce with accurate contract or change-order status information • Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools • Manage own clients • Review client/project documents and budgets for quality control • Build relationships with project teams, sales, proposals, finance, project analysis, clients, service areas, and vendors • Communicate contract and change-order status clearly with project teams and clients • Provide information for client negotiations and discussions • Lead or assist internal and client-related meetings • Contribute to process improvement and streamline processes • Travel approximately 5% or less, domestically and/or internationally • Undertake other reasonably related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field • Profound experience with Excel • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based • May be required to possess a valid driver's license, dependent on location
