âą Coordinate, develop, and execute client/sponsor contracts and change orders for newly awarded and ongoing projects âą Work simultaneously on numerous contracts and/or change orders âą Determine appropriate contract terms and conditions with Legal, Sales, and Contracts Managers âą Develop understanding of costing tools, client budget grids, templates, operational tasks, and cost drivers âą Solicit operational department input and review contracts and change orders âą Develop cash-neutral payment schedules as required âą Escalate client questions and comments for Legal, operations, or senior management review âą Provide project and financial analysis on project budgets before client submission âą Update Salesforce with accurate contract or change-order status information âą Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools âą Manage own clients âą Review client/project documents and budgets for quality control âą Build relationships with project teams, sales, proposals, finance, project analysis, clients, service areas, and vendors âą Communicate contract and change-order status clearly with project teams and clients âą Provide information for client negotiations and discussions âą Lead or assist internal and client-related meetings âą Contribute to process improvement and streamline processes âą Travel approximately 5% or less, domestically and/or internationally âą Undertake other reasonably related duties as assigned
âą Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field âą Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field âą Profound experience with Excel âą Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills âą Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based âą May be required to possess a valid driver's license, dependent on location
