âą Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts âą Balance and maintain client relationships âą Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies âą Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units âą Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field âą Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field preferred âą Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills âą Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines âą Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
