📋 Description

• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks and identify opportunities for improvement • Develop strategies to mitigate potential contract issues • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution • Take responsibility for contract management deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field • Experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical trials and vendor agreements • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to evaluate complex contractual issues and propose effective solutions • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 5% • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
