đ Description
âą Oversee pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. âą Develop plans for capability-building projects, including project plans and business cases. âą Develop and communicate project plans and milestone achievements to key stakeholders and governance committees. âą Support updates of procedures, tools, data flows and documentation for GPV activities. âą Partner with IT to evolve relevant systems, such as automation, workflow optimisation, and responsible AI integration.
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field âą Significant experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, ideally within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industries. âą Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to drug safety and reporting. âą Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders. âą Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
