📋 Description

‱ Oversee pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. ‱ Develop plans for capability-building projects, including project plans and business cases. ‱ Develop and communicate project plans and milestone achievements to key stakeholders and governance committees. ‱ Support updates of procedures, tools, data flows and documentation for GPV activities. ‱ Partner with IT to evolve relevant systems, such as automation, workflow optimisation, and responsible AI integration.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field ‱ Significant experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, ideally within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industries. ‱ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to drug safety and reporting. ‱ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. ‱ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders. ‱ Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
