📋 Description

• Review clinical trial agreements, study budgets, amendments, and other payment-related documentation to capture and interpret financial requirements for system setup • Configure site payment information within the Investigator Payment System (IPS) • Set up automated and manually triggered payment activities within the payment platform • Investigate unclear or incomplete payment terms and obtain clarification from relevant stakeholders • Coordinate with investigative sites to obtain, update, and maintain payee information and required financial documentation • Build and maintain working relationships with internal teams and key business partners to support payment operations • Ensure payment activities comply with established requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business, life sciences, finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience • Previous experience in a clinical research, financial operations, contracts, payments, or similar environment is advantageous • Understanding of clinical trial processes and site payments is preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Professional fluency in English is required • Additional European language skills would be beneficial • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analysing, managing, and reconciling data accurately • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
