📋 Description

‱ Review clinical trial agreements, study budgets, amendments, and other payment-related documentation to capture and interpret financial requirements for system setup ‱ Configure site payment information within the Investigator Payment System (IPS) ‱ Set up automated and manually triggered payment activities within the payment platform ‱ Investigate unclear or incomplete payment terms and obtain clarification from relevant stakeholders ‱ Coordinate with investigative sites to obtain, update, and maintain payee information and required financial documentation ‱ Build and maintain working relationships with internal teams and key business partners to support payment operations ‱ Ensure payment activities comply with established requirements

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in a business, life sciences, finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience ‱ Previous experience in a clinical research, financial operations, contracts, payments, or similar environment is advantageous ‱ Understanding of clinical trial processes and site payments is preferred ‱ Strong verbal and written communication skills ‱ Professional fluency in English is required ‱ Additional European language skills would be beneficial ‱ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analysing, managing, and reconciling data accurately ‱ Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
