âą Lead the end-to-end management of investigator and site payment activities across assigned clinical trials âą Oversee payment system setup, ensuring study budgets, contracts, milestones, and payment triggers are configured accurately and in line with contractual agreements âą Work closely with study teams to support key study start-up activities and ensure timely achievement of payment-related milestones âą Review payment structures and data flows to ensure accurate payment triggering and identify opportunities to prevent delays or errors âą Manage vendor performance, ensuring service delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements âą Monitor payment performance across studies, investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions where required âą Resolve escalated site and study-level payment queries to maintain positive site relationships and support study delivery âą Ensure appropriate contracts, purchase orders, funding arrangements, and approvals are in place to facilitate timely payments âą Support audit and inspection activities relating to investigator payments and ensure all documentation is maintained to the required standard
âą Degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience âą Experience within clinical research, clinical operations, site payments, contracts, finance, or a related field âą Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, investigator site budgets, and payment processes âą Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills âą Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to work across global teams âą Ability to review and interpret contracts, budgets, and payment terms with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail âą Experience working independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams âą Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other business systems âą Knowledge of investigator payment processes within a CRO, sponsor, or clinical research organisation âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
