• Facilitate investigator payments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and review the financial aspects of clinical trials. • Take responsibility for pricing and investigator payments deliverables. • Process investigator payments accurately and timely according to study protocols. • Maintain documentation and records related to investigator payments in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Discuss with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and address inquiries from investigators. • Assert the development and implementation of processes to streamline investigator payment procedures. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to investigator payments.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investigator payments (e.g., Sunshine Act, FMV). • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
