📋 Description

• Oversee site resourcing and workforce planning workstreams • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs • Coordinate cross-functional teams • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders • Identify opportunities for process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field • A PMP or equivalent certification is a plus • Extensive experience in program management • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
