• Assist in the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents • Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, and finance teams to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness • Conduct research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends • Support proposal process management, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines • Assist in maintaining proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field • Previous experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
