âą Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical trials âą Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory guidelines âą Coordinate clinical trial management delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capability âą Oversee the clinical portion of the budget and ensure efficient resource allocation âą Develop monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight âą Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) âą Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities âą Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans when necessary âą Foster productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams âą Provide strategic guidance to drive successful clinical trial outcomes
âą A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management position at a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization âą Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant fields of study âą At least 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management âą Preferred: 2+ years of monitoring experience âą Experience supporting complex protocols, including areas such as MASH/NASH, Radiopharmaceutical, or other specialized therapeutic programs, is highly valued âą Experience in managing complex or global trials is advantageous âą Preferred: Experience in managing all trial components from start-up to database lock âą This role is intended for experienced CTM professionals; entry-level CTM experience alone will not meet the requirements âą Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%) âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
