📋 Description

‱ Manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance ‱ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts ‱ Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms, conditions, and obligations ‱ Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract interpretation, compliance issues ‱ Maintain accurate and organized contract records ‱ Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline ‱ Previous experience in contract administration, negotiation, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry ‱ Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards ‱ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities ‱ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ‱ Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
