âą Provide specialized support and assistance to the Clinical Business Operations department within the Clinical Site Payments function âą Collaborate with investigative sites, the Clinical Operations team, the Clinical Site Contracts Management team, the Budget Development team, and site payment vendors âą Ensure accurate and timely site payments âą Manage the study portfolio through planning, execution, and tracking of global clinical trial payments âą Work independently and guide or mentor colleagues âą Interpret contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities
âą 5+ years of Clinical Research experience including 3+ years of investigator payment experience or Sr. CTAs with solid investigator payment experience âą Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline âą Business English communication skills âą Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards âą Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions and identify potential issues or opportunities âą Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
