📋 Description

• Conducting in-depth feasibility assessments for clinical trials, including evaluating site capabilities, resource availability, and potential risks • Collaborating with clinical operations teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data relevant to trial feasibility • Preparing comprehensive feasibility reports and recommendations to support project planning and decision-making processes • Analyzing historical data and site performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting trial feasibility • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical sites, investigators, and external partners • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to clinical trial feasibility and planning • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior feasibility team members and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field • Extensive experience in clinical trial feasibility assessments, with a deep understanding of clinical research processes and site management • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in handling multiple feasibility projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to feasibility assessments and clinical research • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%)
