📋 Description

‱ Manage the end-to-end process of investigator payments, including verification, processing, and reconciliation of payment transactions ‱ Collaborate with clinical trial teams and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payment in accordance with study agreements and regulatory requirements ‱ Maintain detailed financial records and documentation related to investigator payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations ‱ Resolve payment-related issues or discrepancies by investigating, analyzing, and implementing corrective actions ‱ Provide support and guidance to investigators and stakeholders regarding payment procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements ‱ Mentor colleagues and work independently on pricing and investigator payments

🎯 Requirements

‱ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field ‱ Relevant certifications or experience in clinical trial payments are advantageous ‱ Extensive experience in financial management or payment processing, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare sector ‱ Proven ability to manage complex payment processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions ‱ Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in resolving payment issues and discrepancies effectively ‱ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional support to stakeholders ‱ Legal right to work in Australia
