📋 Description

• Oversee scientific operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. • Lead the design, implementation, and management of clinical trial systems and databases. • Provide expertise in clinical data management and technology solutions to support trial operations. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met and maintained. • Develop and implement data standards and quality control processes to ensure data integrity. • Provide guidance and support to project teams on system-related issues and troubleshooting as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline • Extensive experience in clinical data management, including expertise in clinical trial systems and databases. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and projects. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to clinical data management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 15%)
