📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff • Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct • Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site • Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes • Contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field • Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
