âą Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff âą Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct âą Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms âą Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site âą Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes âą Contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively
âą Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field âą Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred âą Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders âą Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously âą Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials âą Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%) âą Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
