📋 Description

• Design and document KPI and BI frameworks aligned to AI transformation objectives. • Develop prototype Power BI dashboards and visualisations for adoption and benefit tracking. • Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to define data integration and telemetry strategies. • Translate transformation goals into measurable benefits statements and indicators. • Produce benefits scorecards, adoption tracking reports, and insight summaries for client steering groups. • Support the creation of data and benefits architectures that ensure traceability and governance. • Analyse early data sources to identify trends and actionable insights. • Prepare design handover documentation for implementation by the Lead BI Developer.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience gathering and documenting BI and benefits requirements. • Strong analytical skills in KPI design, data modelling, and visualisation. • Proficiency with Power BI and SQL. • Understanding of benefits realisation frameworks and adoption tracking methodologies. • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance (e.g. GDPR, UK Public Sector standards). • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Familiarity with AI analytics integration, Azure Data Services, or Microsoft Fabric (desirable).
