• Convert marketing‑qualified leads and drive trial‑to‑contract conversion • Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, Heads of Customer Services and Directors of Social Care • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI‑driven proposals • Co‑sell with Microsoft and collaborate on joint go‑to‑market strategies • Guide prospects through complex, multi‑stakeholder buying cycles across local government
• Significant experience selling Contact Centre software or Contact Centre technology solutions (essential) • Skilled in influencing senior decision‑makers across public sector or enterprise environments • Strong consultative seller able to articulate ROI and business value clearly • High‑energy, proactive, target‑driven and commercially astute • Technically confident with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business outcomes • Experience selling into local government is advantageous
