📋 Description
• Support quantitative analysis by creating and updating policy-relevant datasets • Support qualitative research by conducting consultations with external stakeholders • Collaborate with other IISD Energy experts to review large government data sets • Track developments in India’s energy policies
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of a master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in energy policy research, climate and energy finance, statistics or experience working in energy sector PSUs • Understanding of relevant ministries and departments related to energy, nationally and at state level • Advanced user of Excel and Google Sheets • Experience with data analysis tools required • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to think critically and learn quickly • Excellent oral and written English skills
