• Support the HR team with administrative tasks in operational personnel management • Maintain employee master data • Support various HR sub-projects • Assist with the onboarding process • Support recruiting activities, e.g., creating job postings and communicating with candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field • Meticulous and proactive work style • Strong team spirit and reliability • Confident knowledge of MS Office; ideally experience with Outlook, Personio, or Confluence • Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English
